Glutinous Rice Balls with Red Bean
Ingredients:

100g  glutinous rice flour

Adequate  water

Adequate  ice water

250g homemade red bean

Preparation Instructions:

1. In a medium-sized bowl, add in glutinous rice flour and gradually add in 100-120ml water, knead until form a dough.

2. Divide the dough into small portions and shape into a ball and slightly press at the center. Set aside.

3. Bring a pot of water to boil, add in the glutinous rice balls prepared in step 2, cook until the glutinous rice balls float onto the surface of water. Remove and put into ice water.

4. Drain the cooked glutinous rice balls prepared in step 3 into a serving bowl and top with homemade red bean. Serve.
