Stir-Fried French Beans with Shrimp Paste


300g  French beans (trimmed and cut into sections)

1 red chilli (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (chopped)

2 tbsp cooking oil


1 tbsp shrimp paste

1 tbsp palm sugar

1 tbsp cooking wine

Preparation Instructions:

1. Blanch French beans in boiling water until tender crisp. Remove, drain and set aside.

2. Heat up wok on medium high heat with 2 tbsp oil, sauté chopped chilli and garlic until fragrant, add in seasonings and blanched French beans. Turn to high heat, stir-fry evenly. Turn off heat and dish out.
