Pan-Fried Pig Liver



300g pig liver


½ block chicken essence

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp dark soy sauce

150g shredded ginger (fried)

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cut pig liver into thin slices.
  2. Mix with marinade and set aside for about 2 hours.
  3. Pan-fry over medium heat till fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle with fried ginger before serving.
