Dry Fried French Beans Taiwanese Style
Ingredients:

500g French beans
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp chilli
1 tsp sugar
1 spring onion
1 tbsp chilli seed sauce
1 tbsp crispy soybean
1 tbsp dried cabbage
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar

Preparation Instructions:

1. Deep-fried the French beans for a while. Remove and set aside.

2. Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Sauté the ginger and tong chai until fragrant. Add in the crispy soybean. Follow by the garlic, chilli & sugar. Constantly stir-frying. Add in the French beans. Stir-fry to combine. Add some water and continue to stir-fry. Add in the soy sauce. Stir-fry again. Lastly add in a dash of vinegar and some spring onion. Toss well and dish out.
