Long Bean Omelette

Tested Recipe Adapted from Patsie Cheong’s Delectable Mixed Rice Recipes

Long Bean Omelette

Ingredients A:

150g long bean

Ingredients B:

Some salt

4 eggs (beaten)


Some pepper

Some light soy sauce

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Rinse long bean and drain well, cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add in long bean and stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Mix ingredients B and spread the mixture over the bean.
  4. Pan-fry both sides until golden brown and dish up. Sprinkle with seasonings and serve.
