150g long bean
4 eggs (beaten)
Some light soy sauce
- Rinse long bean and drain well, cut into small pieces.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add in long bean and stir-fry until cooked.
- Mix ingredients B and spread the mixture over the bean.
- Pan-fry both sides until golden brown and dish up. Sprinkle with seasonings and serve.
