Steamed Spareribs with XO Sauce

Tested Recipe Adapted from Eva Kam’s Mum’s Loving Dishes

Steamed Spareribs with XO Sauce


300g spareribs, chopped into small pieces

Spring onion shreds


1 tbsp light soy sauce

¼ tsp sugar

1 tsp potato starch

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp homemade lightly spicy XO sauce

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Rinse spareribs and wipe dry. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes until done. Sprinkle over spring onion shreds and serve.
