Stir-Fried Spinach with Shrimps


4 stalks spinach (trimmed and cut into sections)

10 nos shrimps (shelled and deveined)

2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)

2 tbsp cooking oil


½ tsp salt

¼ tsp sugar

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a wok with 2 tbsp cooking oil, saute the chopped garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in the shrimps, stir-fry until the shrimps turn pink color.
  3. Add in the spinach and seasonings.
  4. Constantly stir-fry on high heat until the spinach leaves are wilted.
  5. Dish out and serve immediately.
