500g raw peanuts
1 pc cinnamon sticks
3 pcs star anise
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp salt
- Wash the peanuts and drained well.
- Transfer the peanuts together with the cinnamon sticks, star anise, garlic and salt into a stock pot and filled enough water to cover the peanuts, use a plate to submerge the peanuts in the water.
- Bring to a boil, turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 3 hours or until desired tenderness.
