Tested Recipe Adapted from Agnes Chang
Ingredients:
A:
2 chicken whole legs, removed skin, cut into pieces
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
2 big onions, peeled and cut into pieces
1 carrot, cut into pieces
1 tsp white pepper corns, crushed
2 liter water
3 tomatoes, cut into pieces
Salt to taste
Some diced spring onion for garnishing
Preparation Instructions:
- Blanch chicken pieces in ½ pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Dish up and rinse well.
- Put all ingredients A into a pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
- Sprinkle some spring onions as garnishing and serve hot.
