Tested Recipe Adapted from Pung Lu Tin & Daniel Koh’s The World of Noodles

Seashell Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients:

200g seashell pasta

100g tuna fish from can

100ml mayonnaise

30g chopped onion

20g chopped spring onion

20g diced red bell pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Few drops tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnishing

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cook seashell pasta in hot boiling water with a pinch of salt and olive oil until al-dente. Remove from boiling water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add tuna and seashell pasta with the rest of ingredients and seasonings, mix well.
  3. Present on a salad bowl and garnish with fresh basil.
