300g mini king oyster mushroom
2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 shallot (peeled and chopped)
1 inch ginger (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp cooking oil
½ cup coca-cola
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Some lettuce leaves and toasted white sesame seed
- Heat up a wok with 2 tbsp of cooking oil, saute the chopped garlic, shallot and ginger until fragrant.
- Add in the mini king oyster mushroom, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add in the seasonings, stir to combine and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Dish out on a serving platter lay with some lettuce leaves, garnish with some toasted white sesame seed and serve.
