Tested Recipe Adapted from Eva Kam Mum’s Loving Dishes
12 sea prawns
1/3 bowl chopped garlic
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp boiled oil
Some chopped coriander and spring onion
- Stir-fry chopped garlic with oil until golden brown. Drain and mix with the seasoning.
- Trim antenna, legs and head spikes from prawns. Cut open the shelled of the back and devein.
- Break the tendon at the abdomen with scissors or knife by cutting at several points.
- Stuff chopped garlic into the back of prawns and steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle over coriander and spring onion dices. Pour over boiled oil and light soy sauce. Serve.
