Sliced Fish with Black Pepper

Ingredients:

400g grouper fillet

1 tbsp minced garlic

½ onion (diced)

Marinade:

2 tbsp corn flour

1 tsp pepper

Seasonings:

1 tbsp oyster sauce

½ tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp black pepper sauce

½ cup water

1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cut grouper fillet into slices. Mix well with marinade and set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat up 3 tbsp of oil and stir-fry minced garlic and onion till fragrant.
  3. Add in fish slices and seasonings, and stir-fry till the gravy is fully absorbed.
