300g small pak choy (trimmed)
1 whole garlic (peeled and chopped)
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
- Heat up 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, saute the chopped garlic until golden brown. Dish out and set aside.
- Add in the seasoning ingredients in to the pan and stir to combine using the remaining heat from frying garlic. Dish out and set aside.
- Bring some water to a boil, quick blanch the small pak choy. Remove, drain and arrange neatly on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the oyster sauce mixture on top of the small pak choy and garnish with fried garlic.
- Serve immediately.
