Small Pak Choy with Garlic Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

300g small pak choy (trimmed)

1 whole garlic (peeled and chopped)

3 tbsp cooking oil

Seasoning:

2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, saute the chopped garlic until golden brown. Dish out and set aside.
  2. Add in the seasoning ingredients in to the pan and stir to combine using the remaining heat from frying garlic. Dish out and set aside.
  3. Bring some water to a boil, quick blanch the small pak choy. Remove, drain and arrange neatly on a serving platter.
  4. Drizzle the oyster sauce mixture on top of the small pak choy and garnish with fried garlic.
  5. Serve immediately.
