Boiled Chicken with Sauce


1 kampung chicken

Some fried garlic oil


200g minced ginger

100g chives (chopped)

1 tsp chicken seasoning powder

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbps light soy sauce

Some sesame oil


Adequate coriander leaves

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Rinse chicken, place into boiling water, cook over low heat without lid for 25 minutes until cooked. Occasionally, lift up the chicken for few times to remove excessive water from chicken cavity.
  2. Lift up the cooked chicken, drain, cut into pieces.
  3. Add seasonings in a wok and bring to boil, pour over the chicken, sprinkle with fried garlic oil, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
