Green Bean Soup

Green Bean Soup 2


120g green beans

1 ¼ litres water

2 pieces pandan leaf

100g tapioca (cut into pieces)

120g palm sugar

50g sago (cooked)

50ml coconut milk

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Soak green beans in water for 1 hour. Put green beans in a pot with water and pandan leaves. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in tapioca and simmer over low heat till green beans are soft.
  3. Add in sugar and sago. Mix well. Serve with coconut milk.
