1 no fresh luohanguo (squashed)
6 nos sea coconut (peeled and sliced)
20g snow fungus (soaked overnight until soften)
- Discard the hard core of snow fungus and separate into small pieces.
- Add 3000ml of water, fresh luohanguo, sea coconut and snow fungus into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Dish out to individual serving bowl. Can be serve hot or chilled.
No added sugar is require as the luohanguo is already very sweet in nature.
