Fresh LuoHanGuo with Sea Coconut & Snow Fungus Sweet Soup

Ingredients:

1 no fresh luohanguo (squashed)

6 nos sea coconut (peeled and sliced)

20g snow fungus (soaked overnight until soften)

3000ml water

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Discard the hard core of snow fungus and separate into small pieces.
  2. Add 3000ml of water, fresh luohanguo, sea coconut and snow fungus into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Dish out to individual serving bowl. Can be serve hot or chilled.

Note:

No added sugar is require as the luohanguo is already very sweet in nature.
