Tested Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from K.S.Lee’s Authentic Homestyle Cuisines
360g roasted pork belly
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 pieces tamarind peel
1 salted plum
1 lemongrass (white part only, crushed)
1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
5 cloves garlic (flatten)
2 slices young ginger (flatten)
Some shredded spring onion and red chilli
- Cut roasted pork belly into thick pieces.
- Place the roasted pork belly and seasonings into a pot, stew over medium-low heat till the sauce is fairly dried.
- Dish out, garnish with some shredded spring onion and red chilli. Serve with white rice.
