6 nos (700g) kembong fish (cleaned)
Adequate cooking oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground white pepper
½ tsp salt
- Rinse the kembong fish and pat-dry with paper towel.
- Marinate the kembong fish with the marinade ingredients and set aside.
- Heat up a non-stick pan with some cooking oil.
- Add in marinated kembong fish and pan-fried until golden brown on both sides.
- Dish out and serve.
