Pan-Fried Kembong Fish with Turmeric

Ingredients:

6 nos (700g) kembong fish (cleaned)

Adequate cooking oil

Marinade:

1 tsp turmeric powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp ground white pepper

½ tsp salt

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Rinse the kembong fish and pat-dry with paper towel.
  2. Marinate the kembong fish with the marinade ingredients and set aside.
  3. Heat up a non-stick pan with some cooking oil.
  4. Add in marinated kembong fish and pan-fried until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Dish out and serve.
