1 no x 380g pomfret (cleaned)
60g young ginger (shredded)
½ cup cooking oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with ½ cup of cooking oil, saute the shredded young ginger until crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Use the same oil to pan-fry the pomfret until golden brown.
- Dish out to a serving platter, drizzle some of the oil on top, follow by 2 tbsp of light soy sauce. Sprinkle the crispy ginger on top and serve.
