Pork Rib Soup with Chestnut, Water Chestnut & Carrot

Ingredients:

500g pork ribs (cut into pieces)

10 dried chestnuts (soaked overnight and cleaned)

10 water chestnut (peeled)

1 carrot (peeled and cut into pieces)

2000ml water

Seasoning:

1 tsp salt

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Add 2000ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in all ingredients and bring to a boil again.
  3. Lower the heat and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Season with salt. Dish out and serve.
