Tested Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from Alan Kok
500g pork ribs (cut into pieces)
10 dried chestnuts (soaked overnight and cleaned)
10 water chestnut (peeled)
1 carrot (peeled and cut into pieces)
1 tsp salt
- Add 2000ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in all ingredients and bring to a boil again.
- Lower the heat and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Season with salt. Dish out and serve.
