Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Tested Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from Patsie Cheong’s Delectable Mixed Rice Recipes

Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Ingredients A:

100g minced meat

1 salted egg yolk (diced)

Ingredients B: (mixed well)

3 large eggs

1 salted egg white

1/8 tsp sesame oil

600ml water

Ingredients C:

2 tbsp fried shallot with oil

½ tbsp light soy sauce

1/8 tsp ground white pepper

1 tbsp chopped spring onion

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Put a steaming plate on rack and spread on Ingredients A.
  2. Mix Ingredients B and pour it into the steaming plate. Cover with lid, steam at preheated steamer over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Remove, sprinkle the top with Ingredients C and serve hot.
