Stir-Fried Chicken with Baby Corn & Capsicums

Tested Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from K.S.Lee’s Authentic Homestyle Cuisines

Stir-Fried Chicken with Baby Corn & Capsicums

Ingredients:

250g boneless & skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)

10 baby corn (quartered)

1 red capsicum (deseeded and sliced)

1 green capsicum (deseeded and sliced)

Seasonings A:

1 tbsp bean paste

3 tbsp cooking oil

Seasonings B:

1 tsp sugar

¼ tsp salt

3 tbsp water

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Fry seasonings A over low heat till fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and fry evenly over medium heat.
  3. Add baby corn, sliced capsicums and seasonings B, fry till cooked.
