Stir-Fried Okra with Chinese Sausage


250g okra (trimmed and sliced diagonally)

1 pair Chinese sausage (sliced diagonally)

1 tbsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp cooking oil

Seasonings: (mixed well)

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp sugar

2 tbsp water

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of cooking oil, saute the sliced Chinese sausage until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add in chopped garlic, saute until fragrant.
  3. Add in sliced okra and seasonings. Constantly stir-frying until tender crisp.
  4. Dish out and serve.
