Telur Dadar

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

1 big onion (chopped)

1 stalk spring onion (chopped)

2 red chillies (cut into ring)

3 tbsp margarine

Seasonings:

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground white pepper

Preparation Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in eggs, salt and ground white pepper. Whisk to combine.
  2. Add in chopped big onion, spring onion and red chillies. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat up an 8-inch non-stick skillet on low heat, add in 1 tbsp margarine, once the margarine melted. Add in 1/3 portion of the egg mixture. Swirl the pan, once the egg mixture are slightly set. Fold the omelette into half, and another half into quarter. Pan-fry the omelette until golden yellow on all sides. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
  4. Dish out and serve.
