Bendi Goreng Telur

Ingredients:

300g okra (trimmed both ends and sliced diagonally)

2 large eggs (lightly beaten)

3 tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp water

Blended ingredients:

3 red chillies

4 shallots (peeled)

2 cloves garlic (peeled)

Seasonings:

½ tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick skillet with 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Add in okra, water and seasonings, constantly stir-frying until okra are half-cooked.
  3. Drizzle beaten eggs on top of the okra, let it half set first before continue to stir-frying until cooked.
  4. Dish out and serve.
