350g cabbage (discard the tough core, cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp cooking oil
15g dried anchovies (rinsed and drained)
2 red chillies
2 shallots (peeled)
2 cloves garlic (peeled)
1 tbsp kicap manis
1 tsp light soy sauce
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp cooking oil, saute blended ingredients until fragrant.
- Add in cabbage pieces and seasonings. Constantly stir-frying until cabbage become tender crisp.
- Dish out and serve.
