180g green beans (trimmed both ends)
150g shimeji mushrooms (trimmed bottom and separates by hand)
2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of cooking oil, saute the chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Add in green beans and water, constantly stir-frying until half-cooked.
- Add in shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry to combine.
- Season with salt and sugar.
- Dish out and serve.
