Ikan Kerisi Goreng Berempah


3 nos (378g) ikan kerisi (cleaned)

½ tsp seafood curry powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

¼ tsp chilli powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

2 sprigs curry leaves (discard the stems)

Adequate cooking oil for pan-frying

Preparation Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, add in seafoof curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and curry leaves. Mix well and marinate the ikan kerisi and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat up a non-stick skillet with adequate cooking oil for pan-frying. Pan-fry the marinated ikan kerisi until golden brown. Dish out and serve.
