3 nos (378g) ikan kerisi (cleaned)
½ tsp seafood curry powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
2 sprigs curry leaves (discard the stems)
Adequate cooking oil for pan-frying
- In a small bowl, add in seafoof curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and curry leaves. Mix well and marinate the ikan kerisi and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with adequate cooking oil for pan-frying. Pan-fry the marinated ikan kerisi until golden brown. Dish out and serve.
