2 chicken whole legs (550g) (cleaned and cut into half)
6 nos dried scallop (rinsed)
6 nos dried mushroom (rinsed)
200g carrot (peeled and cut into wedges)
400g white turnip (peeled and cut into wedges)
1 tsp white peppercorn (crushed)
1 tsp salt
- Add 2500ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in chicken pieces, dried scallop, dried mushroom, carrot, white turnip and crushed white peppercorn and bring to a boil again.
- Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Season with salt.
- Dish out and serve.
