Scallion Oil Noodles


2 nos x 96g fresh egg noodles

2 stalk scallion (trimmed and sectioned)

4 tbsp cooking oil


2 tbsp light soy sauce

½ tsp dark soy sauce

¼ tsp ground white pepper

¼ tsp sugar

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Scald egg noodles in boiling water. Remove and soak in cold water. Return the noodles to boiling water. Boils until cooked. Remove and drain. Put noodles in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat up 4 tbsp of cooking oil, saute the scallion until brown.
  3. Add in seasonings, stir to combine.
  4. Pour the seasonings into the mixing bowl together with the cooked egg noodles. Toss well.
  5. Dish out and serve.
