2 nos x 96g fresh egg noodles
2 stalk scallion (trimmed and sectioned)
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
¼ tsp ground white pepper
¼ tsp sugar
- Scald egg noodles in boiling water. Remove and soak in cold water. Return the noodles to boiling water. Boils until cooked. Remove and drain. Put noodles in a mixing bowl.
- Heat up 4 tbsp of cooking oil, saute the scallion until brown.
- Add in seasonings, stir to combine.
- Pour the seasonings into the mixing bowl together with the cooked egg noodles. Toss well.
- Dish out and serve.
