Sauteed King Oyster Mushroom with Mayonnaise


200g king oyster mushroom (sliced)

2 tbsp mayonnaise

¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper

¼ tsp salt


¼ tsp dried parsley

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick skillet.
  2. Add in king oyster mushroom and mayonnaise, constantly saute until the mushroom turn soft.
  3. Season with coarsely ground black pepper and salt.
  4. Dish out, garnish with dried parsley. Serve.
