200g king oyster mushroom (sliced)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp dried parsley
- Heat up a non-stick skillet.
- Add in king oyster mushroom and mayonnaise, constantly saute until the mushroom turn soft.
- Season with coarsely ground black pepper and salt.
- Dish out, garnish with dried parsley. Serve.
