200g fresh shiitake mushroom (discard the stem)
2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
¼ tsp dried parsley
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, saute the chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Add in fresh shiitake mushroom and water, saute until cooked.
- Season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- Dish out to a serving platter, garnish with dried parsley. Serve.
