Sauteed Shiitake Mushroom with Garlic

Ingredients:

200g fresh shiitake mushroom (discard the stem)

2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3 tbsp water

Seasonings:

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Garnishing:

¼ tsp dried parsley

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, saute the chopped garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in fresh shiitake mushroom and water, saute until cooked.
  3. Season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
  4. Dish out to a serving platter, garnish with dried parsley. Serve.
