Chicken Sandwich


9 slices classic sandwich bread

Adequate unsalted butter (soften at room temperature)


300g boneless & skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)

1 cup black seedless grapes (halved)

2 stick celery (trimmed and thinly sliced)

½ cup almond flakes (toasted)

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground white pepper


Some mix lettuce and tomatoes

Preparation Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in all the filling ingredients. Mix well.
  2. To assemble: place 1 slice of bread onto a flat surface, spread generous with soften unsalted butter, top with adequate amount of the filling. Take another piece of bread, apply soften unsalted butter on both sides and place on top of the filling. Top with adequate amount of the filling and cover with another piece of bread spread with soften unsalted butter on top. Repeat the same process for the remaining ingredients. Slice into half diagonally and serve with some mix lettuce and tomatoes.
