2 chicken whole legs (cleaned)
1 no x 180g sichuan vegetable (cleaned and sliced)
1 tsp white peppercorn
- Add 2000ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in chicken whole legs, Sichuan vegetable and white peppercorn. Bring to a boil again.
- Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Dish out and serve.
