270g okra (trimmed both ends and slice diagonally)
2 slices bacon (cut into strips)
½ red bell pepper (deseeded and slice diagonally)
2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
¼ cup water
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the bacon and chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Add in okra and seasonings. Constantly stir-frying until okra are tender crisp.
- Add in red bell pepper, stir to combine.
- Dish out and serve.
