½ chicken (cut into pieces)
1 no x 700g chayote (peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks)
1 corn (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 carrot (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 tsp white peppercorns (crushed)
1 tsp salt
- Add 2500ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in chicken pieces, chayote, corn, carrot and crushed white peppercorns and bring to a boil again.
- Turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
- Season with salt.
- Dish out and serve.
