235g okra (trimmed both ends and sectioned)
2 shallots (peeled and sliced)
2 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced)
4 dried chillies (cut into half and deseeded)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings: (mixed well)
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup water
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in dried chillies, saute until fragrant.
- Add in okra and seasonings, constantly stirring until the okra become tender crisp.
- Dish out and serve.
