Tested Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from Reader’s Digest “Eat Well Stay Well”
2 cups walnut halves
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp caster sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 1 tbsp of cooking oil on low heat.
- Add in walnut halves, tossing to coat.
- Add in caster sugar, salt and cayenne. Cook and stirring constantly, until nuts are well coated and sugar has caramelized.
- Dish out and serve.
