150g brown button mushroom (sliced)
160g asparagus (trimmed and sectioned)
1/3 carrot (cut into flower design)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp cooking oil
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
- Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a skillet. Saute chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Add in brown button mushroom, asparagus, carrot and seasonings. Constantly stir-frying until button mushroom turn soft and asparagus become tender crisp.
- Dish out and serve.
