Steamed Okra with Crispy Garlic & Soy Sauce



250g okra

¼ cup chopped garlic

3 tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp light soy sauce

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick skillet with 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute chopped garlic on low heat until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Steam okra at preheated steamer until tender crisp.
  3. Remove the okra and arrange neatly on a serving platter.
  4. Garnish with crispy garlic and drizzle with light soy sauce. Serve.
