¼ cup chopped garlic
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute chopped garlic on low heat until crispy and golden brown.
- Steam okra at preheated steamer until tender crisp.
- Remove the okra and arrange neatly on a serving platter.
- Garnish with crispy garlic and drizzle with light soy sauce. Serve.
