2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup thick coconut milk
1 ¾ cup water
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
- Add all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until combine. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
- Heat up an 8-inch non-stick skillet on low heat.
- Fill the roti jala mould with batter and move in a circular motion to form a net pattern.
- Pan-fry till set. Remove and fold.
- Repeat till mixture is used up.
- Serve with kari ayam.
