Tteokbokki with Peanut & Sesame Seeds Clusters



250g rice cake (stick type)

10g toasted black sesame seeds

8g toasted white sesame seeds

50g caster sugar

50g roasted peanuts (blended)

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Bring some water to a boil. Add in rice cake and simmer on low heat until the rice cake turn soft.
  2. Remove, drained and leave to cool a bit.
  3. Add the toasted black & white sesame seeds, caster sugar and roasted peanuts into a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
  4. Add in the rice cake. Toss to coat.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
