250g rice cake (stick type)
10g toasted black sesame seeds
8g toasted white sesame seeds
50g caster sugar
50g roasted peanuts (blended)
- Bring some water to a boil. Add in rice cake and simmer on low heat until the rice cake turn soft.
- Remove, drained and leave to cool a bit.
- Add the toasted black & white sesame seeds, caster sugar and roasted peanuts into a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
- Add in the rice cake. Toss to coat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
