Kangkong Belacan



250g kangkong (sectioned)

1 red chilli (seeded and shredded)

4 tbsp cooking oil

Blended ingredients:

2 red chillies

2 shallots (peeled)

2 cloves garlic (peeled)

25g dried shrimps (soaked)

1 tbsp toasted belacan


1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a wok with 4 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Add in kangkong and constantly stirring until the leaves become wilted.
  3. Add in shredded red chilli and seasonings. Stir to combine.
  4. Dish out and serve.
