Tested Recipe with Slight Adjustment Adapted from Ricky Ng’s Nyonya Desserts & Snacks
350g skinned peanut
5 pcs pandan leaves (knotted together)
- Soak peanuts for 3 hours and drain.
- Bring water to boil, add in peanuts and pandan leaves, simmer over low heat for 2 hours till peanuts are soft.
- Mix in sugar and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
