Cucumber Salad



1 pc x 230g cucumber

Dressing: (mixed well)

1 tsp chopped garlic

½ red chilli (seeded and chopped)

2 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp caster sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Trim both ends of the cucumber and cut into half.
  2. Slice the cucumber lengthwise using vegetable peeler.
  3. Roll up each of the thinly sliced cucumber and arrange neatly on a serving platter.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing on top. Serve.
