1 pc x 230g cucumber
Dressing: (mixed well)
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ red chilli (seeded and chopped)
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Trim both ends of the cucumber and cut into half.
- Slice the cucumber lengthwise using vegetable peeler.
- Roll up each of the thinly sliced cucumber and arrange neatly on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with the dressing on top. Serve.
