Sauteed Chayote & Potato with Shallot


1 x 374g chayote (seeded and sliced)

2 potatoes (324g) (sliced)

5 shallots (sliced)

1 tbsp chopped garlic

¼ cup cooking oil


½ tsp salt

¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick skillet with ¼ cup of cooking oil.
  2. Add in chayote, potatoes, sliced shallot and chopped garlic. Constantly stirring until all the ingredients are well cooked and golden brown.
  3. Season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
  4. Dish out and serve.
