1 x 374g chayote (seeded and sliced)
2 potatoes (324g) (sliced)
5 shallots (sliced)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup cooking oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with ¼ cup of cooking oil.
- Add in chayote, potatoes, sliced shallot and chopped garlic. Constantly stirring until all the ingredients are well cooked and golden brown.
- Season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- Dish out and serve.
