Steamed Silken Tofu with Soy Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:

1 box x 300g silken tofu

Sauce:

1 stalk spring onion (chopped)

1 tsp gochugaru (Korean hot pepper flakes)

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce for soup

1 tsp extra virgin sesame oil

1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

1 tbsp water

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Invert the silken tofu onto a steaming plate and steam at preheated steamer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from steamer and discard the excessive water.
  3. Add all the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour the sauce on top of the steamed silken tofu and serve.
