Salmon Bulgogi


300g boneless but skin on salmon fillet (cut into 3 equal pieces)

Marinade: (mixed well)

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp caster sugar

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp mirin

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp chopped young ginger

¼ tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp extra virgin sesame oil

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Marinate the salmon fillet with marinade ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add in the salmon fillets together with the marinade. Cook until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  3. Serve with rice and sesame broccoli.
