300g radish (cut into match sticks)
100g carrot (cut into match sticks)
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp caster sugar
½ tsp salt
- Add radish, carrot, rice vinegar, caster sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well by hand until the sugar is dissolved.
- Transfer into an air-tight container and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Drain off the excess liquid before serving.
